The State Chapters are the branches of Europe United in the member states of the European Union and the EU candidate countries. They act as the second-highest level of organisation below the federal organisation and their tasks are to organise activities on the ground in their respective states, connecting members from the same state and the same language and to keep in touch with lawmakers and media on the national level.
Europe United allows the creation of Chapters in all EU member states as well as in candidate countries of the EU. All organised chapters also hold one seat in the Chapter Council, the internal parliament of Europe United. Chapters in the candidate countries send a non-voting representative to the Chapter Council.
